Please note we do not allow dogs within the Attraction building, Shops or Cafe (with the exception of assistance dogs).
All children must be accompanied by an adult. Entry to the Shops and Café is free. Your Attraction ticket allows one-time entry into the Attraction.
We recommend you allow 45 – 60 minutes to look around the Attraction, with extra time for the Beatrix Potter™ Shop & The Peter Rabbit™ Café.
We donate 10 pence of every entrance ticket to Cumbria Wildlife Trust to plant trees in Eycott Hill Nature Reserve.

CARERS
If an adult disabled visitor requires another person as their companion or carer to enable them to access the Attraction, then this person is admitted free of charge. Please bring documentation. For all other adults and children, please pay full admission or show your annual pass to gain entry. If you have any queries, please call us ahead of your visit on 015394 88444.
BLUE LIGHT DISCOUNT
We offer 10% off a standard ticket for the card holder. This ticket must be booked in person at the Attraction on presentation of the card. If you wish to book the rest of your party’s tickets in advance, please do so online and then purchase your single ticket on arrival. No refunds will be given if a full price ticket has been purchased.
BLUE PETER BADGE
Please purchase tickets for the remainder of your party online and show your Blue Peter Badge on arrival to gain free entry for the badge holder.
